The social side of innovation: When and why advice network centrality promotes innovative work behaviours

Drawing from a social network perspective on innovation, this study aims to explore the relationship between advice centrality, and innovative work behaviour by focusing mediating role of voice moderation organizational tenure. Hypotheses were tested using sample 478 employees in an Italy-based aerospace organization. The results indicated that central position was positively associated with mediated relationship. Additionally, moderated mediation analysis highlighted path centrality stronger for individuals shorter These findings offer guidance organizations aim strengthen employee-driven innovation highlighting importance approach. Several implications theory practice are discussed.
